My pet fish completely immobile in the aquarium. is something wrong with him?

i have discovered that one my pet fish in the aquarium has not been moving for the past several hours. He keeps staying in one spot all the time. All other fishes are moving and swimming, here are there.

But somehow he just does not seem to respond or swim at all. I tried to do some hand signals from outside the aquarium glass, in front of his face but he still won't swim at all.

Yea. It's about to die! Call a VET or give it CPR, or just get it over with and flush it!

this is a sign of some type of shock.. if the fish saw a flash of some kind if should snap out of it soon
